Data collected and purposes

We process the data you give us voluntarily through the quote request form, email, phone or WhatsApp (name, phone, email, town, description of the request and any photos). We use it only to answer your request, carry out the site visit and prepare the quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without contact details we cannot reply.

How data is processed and who receives it

Data is processed electronically and is not disclosed to the public. It may be processed, as data processors, by the technical providers needed to run the website and email: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting), Resend (sending the email generated by the form), Zoho Corporation B.V. (mailbox, EU data centre); only with your consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics statistics, see below). Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

We keep request data only as long as needed to reply and handle the enquiry: if no contract follows, we delete it once the request has been concluded. If you become a customer, data is kept for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability by writing to the certified email (PEC) [email protected] or to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies and statistics

Technical cookies. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use strictly necessary technical cookies for website security, which do not require consent. Your cookie choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" in the banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), for aggregate statistics: how many people visit the site, which pages they read, what kind of device they use, and how often the quote form and the phone and WhatsApp buttons are used. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals or ad personalisation. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

• Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (distinguish visitors and sessions), lifetime 13 months.
• Data retention in Google Analytics: 2 months (Google's default setting).
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). If you reject or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.
• Transfers: Google may also process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Withdrawal: you can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page; if you reject, the _ga cookies are deleted. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google map: the map is not loaded automatically. Only if you click "Show the map" is Google Maps loaded, which may set cookies and collect data under Google's privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open external services with their own terms.

We do not use profiling or advertising cookies. If other tools are added in future, they will only be activated after your consent and this notice will be updated.
